Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

During this time along with COVID policies, we are not doing returns or exchanges.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please read all conditions below.
If conditions are not met, Garage Girls Jewelry, reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a repackaging/restocking fee not less than 15%.

Our Automotive Jewelry line is MADE TO ORDER.
Body Jewelry is not returnable due to sanitary reasons.

 

REPAIRS

We offer free repairs on all Automotive Jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Repairs may be made after the 30 day period has expired and the buyer is responsible for any repair and shipping charges. Please contact us with your order number to initiate repair or placement process.

 

CUSTOM JEWELRY

 Almost all jewelry is made to order. This ensures quality control and made to perfection. For these reasons do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made jewelry ex: Turbo necklaces with crystals, earrings with crystals, anything that has a crystal set in it. Body jewelry is not returnable or exchangeable due to sanitary precautions. 

 

RING EXCHANGES

If the product allows for exchange, there will be a $15 restocking fee on custom ring size exchanges. Please contact prior to purchase to inquire if your ring is exchangeable for size.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
