Missing or Damaged Items:
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported to us within three business days of receiving the merchandise.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our items.
- Body jewelry is not returnable due to sanitary reasons.

Repair Services:
- We offer free repairs on all Automotive Jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
- Repairs may be available after the 30-day period, and the buyer will be responsible for any repair and shipping charges. Please contact us with your order number to initiate the repair process.
Once your order is shipped and marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Garage Girls Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or property manager. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages that show as delivered in the tracking system.
