RETURN POLICY
Your order is made to order which means it's fully custom and specialized to you. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns or exchanges on sale items are not permitted.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Garage Girls Jewelry, reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a repackaging/restocking fee not less than 15%.
Our Automotive Jewelry line is MADE TO ORDER. Body Jewelry is absolutely not returnable due to sanitary reasons.
We offer free repairs on all Automotive Jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to and back. Repairs may be made after the 60 day period has expired and the buyer is responsible for any repair and shipping charges. Please email us if you have any issues with your order!
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund Policy
Once your order is shipped and marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Garage Girls Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or property manager. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages that show as delivered in the tracking system.
If your package is lost in transit (i.e., never marked as delivered), please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
